With a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy, my approach is as dynamic and diverse as the incredible individuals I have the privilege to work with.

Whether you want to explore the meaning of your favorite Taylor Swift song, laugh about viral tik toks, or talk about the your favorite books, I want to share and relish in your passions and interests.
In my free time I enjoy reading, exploring neighborhoods around Chicago, listening to Taylor Swift and spending time with friends.
